COET KALOUN - PROPOSAL TO RENT AND ENVIRONNMENT

Exceptional site of 7 acres (ha) private wooded park. Panoramic, three exhibitions on the river Auray, in the Gulf of Morbihan.

Two houses for rent separately or together:

- The big house (200 m² - 6 rooms - 14 people).  Homelidays Ref: 6448469.  This house is for rent by the week or at weekends (seasonal) throughout the year.

- The little house (90 m² - 3 rooms - 6 people)  Homelidays ref : 644045                   

 This house is for rent by the week in July or August and March to June for a minimum of two weeks or between March and September if rented with the big house.

These two houses are separated by a 2m high fence, they each have their garden. Only the ping-pong  table installed 30 meters behind in the woods is to share.

Ideal for gatherings with family and friends.

Both houses have connexion internet WI FI.

Possibility to rent a tent professionals : white, 3 meters by 6 meters, very thick plastic and waterproof protection from the sun or rain, which may close on one, two, three or four sides).       This tent is supplied including assembly and disassembly and costs 180 euros for a weekend (2 to 3 days). Possibility of having about 25 people seated.

Babysitting: 9 euros an hour in day (minimum 2 hours) - price on application packages evening.

A few kilometers from famous cities:

- Crach, with its street Aboville, celebrating the crossing in a rowboat Gerard d'Aboville, Atlantic and Pacific. He trained on the Auray river 300 meters from the house. 

Included in this village with shops, pharmacy, laundry, gasoline, rental available at the Intermarche and a famous bakery in front of the church.

- Auray, small town character with its old port of Saint Goustan alleys and many half-timbered houses. Every Monday morning, the market attracts visitors from across the region, do not forget to taste the wonderful man KouNyaMan ... delicious!

- La Trinité sur Mer harbor famous worldwide. The Trinity is the rendez vous for lovers of the sea Tabarly Kersauson, Riguidel and many others have made sailing prowess. Throughout the year sailing races of the most fantastic that you can admire from the coast road to St Phillips (4 kms from the house).

- Carnac, its beautiful beaches, its rows of menhirs and dolmens, golf course, not forgetting its spa center with its saltwater pool heated all year.

- Quiberon and its peninsula: impressive cliffs, to see preferably at high tide! provided to show its Wild Coast.

- Belle-Isle at sea: the greatest of the French islands of the Atlantic, very charming. To reach by ferry from Trinidad, Locmariaquer, or Quiberon.

Sports and leisure activities :

For young and old, entertainment provided within 6 kms: the Playground 'little trip' Adventure Park 'Forest Adrenaline', Bicycle Rental, karting, tennis bowling, equestrian centers, golf courses and of course ... many sailing clubs (classes for all ages, boat rentals of all types, from smallest to largest!).
